Northern Carers Network (NCN) is a long established and respected community hub based in Adelaide’s northern suburbs. We support carers and those living in the community to further strengthen their capacity levels and independence.
Our programs and services support carers, individuals, families and children. Through the support of our talented Support Coordinators and Home Care Workers, we walk alongside our clients in community to empower and strengthen independence and quality of life.
We work in partnership with clients and families to identify skill and strengths to help overcome challenges and build areas of confidence. NCN offers a number of services and programs, from NDIS Direct Care Services, the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, the Carer Support and Deadly Connect Community Connection Program and Kindred Spirits Program.
