We strive to support people in the community who have been marginalised and who are experiencing hardships and challenges in their lives.

For the past 80 years, Centacare Catholic Family Services has worked to help people reach their full potential so they can participate in the community, regardless of their circumstances.

Today this commitment underpins the 67 community services we deliver from 31 sites across the Catholic Archdiocese of Adelaide, in metropolitan and regional South Australia.

Led by Director Pauline Connelly and Deputy Director Leanne Haddad, Centacare operates within a strong ethical framework informed by the values and principles of Catholic Social Teaching.

We respond with skill, compassion and tenacity to each of the more than 30,000 people we see annually through our disability, homelessness, domestic violence, children’s, relationship support, youth, community, training and intervention services.

At Centacare, we believe for justice to be upheld, we must become compassionate voices in action for all.

Together we are meeting the challenge.
