Designed to assist senior Australians access entry-level support services to keep well, live independently and safely at home, and stay connected to community.
Supports Available
- One-on-one social support – in home or in community
- Social support group – meal and transport included
- Flexible respite packages (from 3- 12 hours per month)
- Time-out community access group respite
This is a Commonwealth Home Support Program so you will need to register with My Aged Care and request our service.
