The Family Dispute Resolution Service conducts Family Dispute Resolution for people who are separating or separated. Services operate out of metropolitan Adelaide, Salisbury, Murray Bridge and Mt Gambier. Providing a culturally responsive service is a requirement of this position.
Applications are invited from professionals with outstanding skills and knowledge of the mediation process including a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation e.g. Family Law Act, Child Support, Court Orders and Children’s Protection Act.
The successful applicant will have a Vocational Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution, Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Law or other equivalent qualification.
Applicants must be accredited FDRPs with the Attorney General’s Department or eligible for accreditation to be considered for this position.
Applicants must be willing to undertake a Police Check Clearance and hold a current Driver’s License. Applicants from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
