Members of the local Australian Early Development Census action group, Centacare’s Family Connections Program and staff from TIS, were able to utilise the action group’s ‘Play on Wheels’ trailer to help bring local families together through interactive play.

The trailer is filled with natural and recycled objects to encourage imaginative and active outdoor play and help children build communication, cognitive, problem-solving and social skills.

Through community partnership and resource sharing, the Family Connections program aims to engage parents and children in fun and friendship.
