Options
We provide supports in community and at our Centre to help you work towards your goals, including:
- connecting with your local community,
- becoming more independent,
- making new friends,
- having new experiences,
- having fun.
We offer:
- flexible hours on request,
- staff support to suit your needs,
- maximum three people per staff member,
- transport may be available on request.
Open times:
Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Independent Living Skills
Our team will support you to prepare for your future, and learn skills for living out of home.
You will strengthen skills in:
- healthy mind and body,
- relationships and exploring your community,
- knowing and be your best self,
- organising your home and understanding finances.
We offer:
- an evidence-informed program of support based on the Quality of Life domains,
- programs designed by an Education Consultant, specialised in disability,
- three-month or six-month programs.
Open times:
Monday to Friday from 9am-3pm. You can choose the days you would like to attend!
Short and Medium-Term Accommodation
Come stay with us!
At Journey Centacare Disability Supports, we provide a safe space for you to:
- organise your next steps to get ready to move to your new home,
- have a break,
- try new things,
- trial living with new housemates,
- make new friends
- have fun!
We offer:
- flexible hours on request (including weekends)
- minimum two-night stays,
- staff support to suit your needs,
- maximum four people per staff member,
- transport may be available on request.
Eligibility
Clients must be aged 18 years or above, have a current NDIS plan or able to self-fund.
