Centacare’s Personal Helpers and Mentors service provides Psychosocial Rehabilitation services within a Recovery framework to people living with a mental illness. Support Workers provide one on one or team support to individuals.
Peer Support Workers will work with the individual to assist them to develop individual recovery and wellness plans and provide support in implementing them.
