The Reunification Service helps families strengthen their relationships and improve family well-being of children, young people and parents.
Reunification is a planned process of reconnecting children and young people in out-of-home care with their families.
We combine a strengths perspective, solution-focused case management and therapeutic processes that address intergenerational trauma.
We always keep the child at the centre of our thinking.
