When you’re dealing with a mental health issue, having someone alongside you can make all the difference.
We have Personal Helper and Mentors to support you with many different things. Whether that is learning how to better manage everyday tasks, supporting relationships with family and friends or getting involved in a community activity that you would really like to do … we are here to help.
Our Peer Support Workers are qualified workers who offer a unique support because of their personal experience and understanding of mental illness. They can support individuals on their recovery journey through acceptance, discovery, hope, achievement and fostering personal responsibility by building resilience and focusing on strengths.
Who: People with a mental illness that affect their quality of life and are over 16 years of age and live in the Tea Tree Gully, Murray Bridge, and Salisbury areas.

Where: This service is available in the Tea Tree Gully, Murray Bridge, and Salisbury areas.
