Lara Cottage provides 24/7 supported accommodation for 4 women with multiple disabilities and health care needs. Staff ensure a friendly welcoming environment to maintain the individuals ‘sanctuary’. Individuals are supported to make individual lifestyle choices and staff facilitate opportunities for personal growth and achievement of goals. Staff respect and maintain the dignity of the women whilst providing quality health care support and individual personal care needs.
